Pastry Creations September-October 2009

Here are photos of pastry creations I have created myself as well as my fellow classmates.

This fresh baked bread was made by a fellow classmate. I believe this was our first or second week making artisan style breads. I think the powdered flour gives a nice finishing touch. Definately better straight from the oven, slathered with butter!
