Welcome to my blog on making pastry creations......

I thought I knew a good deal on how to make delicious, pastry, cakes, cookies, etc for family and friends, but I found out through culinary school, it is definitely a lot harder on creating pastry desserts that tastes good and LOOKS good!

I started September 8th of 2009 and I'm enjoying the creative process of making desserts that's pleasing to the palette and well as the eye.
