Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread Garnished with Fresh Rosemary

Yes, I also like savory cooking. This is a favorite of mine to make all the time. I made my own rendition of this classic cornbread by adding sauteed scallions, corn, butter and crisp bacon along with some of the rendered fat from the bacon. Delicious alone or with a hearty bowl of soup or chili.
